Welcome to Thistle and Maple Leaf Handmade Knitwear. Each piece is handmade with care in Manitoba, Canada. By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms.

Handmade Items

Because my knitwear is handmade, slight variations may occur from one piece to another. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen. These small differences are part of the character of a handmade item.

Sizing

Please check the sizing information provided with each item before ordering. If you are unsure about your sizing, please contact me before placing your order and I’ll be happy to help.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order pieces are creating especially for you. Please make sure that the size, colour and other details are correct when ordering.

Once work has begun on a custom or made-to-order item, changes or cancellation may not be possible. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale except where and item is faulty or there has been an error with your order.

Prices & Payments

All prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed before an order is processed or work begins on made-to-order items.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped to the address supplied by the customer. Please check that your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and postal or courier delays outside of my control.

Care of Your Knitwear

Care instructions may vary depending on the yarn and the design. Please follow the care instructions supplied with your garment to help keep your handmade knitwear looking its best.
