Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with an in-stock item, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Because custom and made-to-order pieces are created especially for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty or there has been an error with your order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or I have made an error with your order. I recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Refunds
Once your return item has been received and checked, I will contact you. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
